My Story

It's a funny story actually, but I got my inspiration from a TikTok chic just starting out.

I have always been a crafty person and have started and unfinished at least 50 different craft ideas over my lifetime. Candle making, upcycling, making various types of earrings, rings, bracelets, and even keychains, custom canvas painted pet pictures, making costumes, cake decorating, Cricut designs, and a short stent of sewing masks during Covid. You name it, I have probably tried it.

So, I started following this super cool chic (@Laurelladeville) on TikTok that gets dressed every day and shares her outfit choices, and she always wears adorable earrings. I always used to wear earrings, but not statement ones, just small hoops or studs that I never changed. I thought to myself and my scattered, unfocused brain, "I could easily make earrings like that". 

That turned into a super-focused-obsession that took me down various rabbit holes of polymer clay designing and led me to a really cool thing I enjoy doing in my spare time. It also gave me confidence because people started commenting on my earrings.

I am a veterinary consultant during the day but love trying new things out. So after many messes and lots of practice (like, a lot), I decided to see what comes of this. I hope I can inspire you, just like I was inspired a year ago by another strong, confident woman!
